Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may want to make an exchange. Please read our policy below:

Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange your items for something else. The only exception to this policy is if the size you ordered is unavailable—in that case, we will issue a full refund.

  • Eligibility for Exchange:
    To qualify for an exchange, the items must be in unused, unworn condition with all original tags still attached.

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for exchange.

    • Exchanges must be requested within 10 days from the date of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [insert contact email] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

  2. Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your items reach us safely.

  3. Processing the Exchange: Once we receive your returned items, we will process the exchange for your new item(s). If the exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the full value of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered if the size you ordered is unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill your exchange request for any reason.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@theproductclothing.com . We will arrange a return for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
